Imagery dates

GET /v1/fields/{id}/dates lists the days with imagery over a field in a window. Use it to pick a date for an image, or to show a timeline before you request statistics.

Python and JavaScript examples reuse API, session, headers and the field id from the Quickstart.

Parameter Required Notes
from yes First day, YYYY-MM-DD.
to yes Last day, YYYY-MM-DD, on or after from and at most 366 days later.
source no sentinel-2 (default) or planet.

scene_cloud_cover is the cloud cover of the whole satellite scene, as a fraction from 0 to 1, or null when the provider did not report it. A scene covers a large area, so a cloudy scene can still show your field clearly, and a clear scene can have a cloud right over it.

Each successful call costs 1 unit, whatever the length of the window. A 202 while data is being prepared costs nothing; see Field readiness.
